Ladder 86 and a crew of six were honored to be covering Gladwyne, Lower Merion Township, last evening as our brothers and sisters mourn the death of one of their own, Firefighter Tom Royds. We pray for the recovery of two other injured fire company members, as well as a Pennsylvania State Trooper involved in a crash early Saturday morning.

Our prayers go out to all those first responders involved, their families, friends and our entire brother and sisterhood.

Ladder 86 covered from 18:00 till 00:00 Saturday evening with an Engine crew from the Chester Bureau of Fire. We remain ready and able to assist our brothers and sisters throughout Lower Merion Township during these trying times. We are with you always.
