On Saturday night, Skippack firefighters were dispatched to respond to a trash fire. Upon arrival, they found an unattended pile of burning construction debris. The crew worked to extinguish the fire, removed debris, and addressed hot spots in the nearby area.
Despite damp weather conditions on Sunday, there remains a risk of brush fires in the region, as many incidents were reported in surrounding communities on Saturday.
