Accident Safety

August 10, 2025

We all know that seat belts and car seats, along with airbags and other vehicle design features protect us in accidents, but there is more you can do to protect you and your family if one does occur.

Car seats should be labeled with emergency contact information in case the driver can't communicate. We recommend something that keeps the information secure so it can't be read from outside.of the car, like the ROTH ID TAG.

Your emergency contacts and medical information are accessible by first responders on your phone, but you may need to enable this option. Older phones may not have this option.

For Android search for “Emergency Information” in your settings.

For IPhone use the Health app to create a Medical ID and choose to display it on the lock screen

Anyone who has access to your phone will be able to access this information as well.
