Sunday night Squad 86 stood by for Lower Providence Fire Company while their members were handling food booths at their community Firefighter’s Fair. The Squad and crew, along with Tower 53 covered a fire alarm during the night.

Before the call we enjoyed good steak and sausage sandwiches cooked by LP Fire Company members at the Cabana Food Stop on the fairgrounds, and got in line early for fresh made dounuts also available each evening (get their early before they sellout). Steamed clams and shrimp are also available at “Pier 53”. If you’re looking for a night out with rides and food, the Firefighter’s Fair runs thru June 12.

More information can be found on the LPFD website http://lpfire.com/custom.html?id=15968 as well as their Facebook page. Skippack Fire Company was glad to help our fellow firefighters out and hope your event is a huge success.
