Skippack Fire Company was kept busy yesterday when Hurricane Isaias, downgraded to a Tropical Storm (when it hit our area) soak the region with heavy rain, wind and a possible tornado.

Thank you to our mutual aid partners, Montgomery County USR, Skippack Emergency Medical Services, Montgomery County Communications Center, Pennsylvania State Police, Skippack DPW and PENDOT.

A special thank you to our volunteer members who responded on over 20 calls for service, mostly water rescues from 08:28 until 20:30 yesterday.
