The Skippack Fire Company is a 100% volunteer organization, responding to 288 calls for service in 2024. The Skippack Fire Company operates out of one station, which provides primary fire and rescue protection to the residents and businesses of Skippack Township and those visiting and traveling through town.

Touch-a-Truck June 7th, 10am to 2 pm at Skippack Elementary

Skippack Fire Company will host it’s 3rd Annual Touch-A-Truck event on June 7th, 2025 from 10am to 2pm at Skippack Elementary School.

Two vehicle accidents

Skippack firefighters responded to two back-to-back accidents on Skippack Pike on Tuesday afternoon. The first was a three-car accident near Saddlebrook Farms at 5:15 PM where crews cleaned up debris and controlled heavy traffic. One-car accident Saturday night

Skippack firefighters were called to a one-car accident on Friday night at the Bridge over Skippack Creek on Skippack Pike. Skippack Emergency Medical Services cared for the patient while Skippack crews blocked traffic (with the help of Worcester Fire Police) and assisted with clean up during heavy rain.
