This morning, the Skippack Fire Company joined several of our neighboring fire departments at the Perkiomen Valley High School, Future Ready Event (previously call Job Fair). We, along with many other organizations and volunteer entities were afforded the opportunity to come before the students to share what we do for our community and the fact the we are always looking for volunteers.

It was a great morning of sharing and conversations. We talked about the many ways to protect and serve our communities. Volunteers are needed for all positions within the firehouse...their is a role for everyone.

Students expressing and interest in learning more about our fire company will be invited to our station in early December to learn more about volunteering and to see the station, equipment, as well as the men and women who make up our team.
