Skippack Fire Company was dispatched to a trailer fire at the Perkiomen Valley Airport, 767 Collegeville Road on Friday afternoon at 14:35. Chief 86 arrived on scene at 14:39 and reported a working office trailer fire and request Tanker 66 be added to the assignment from Perkiomen Township Fire Company. The Pennsylvania State Police were request by Command at 14:40 and an additional two engines for manpower at 14:50. Stations 53 Lower Providence Fire Company and 34 Collegeville Fire Company responded on the special call. The fire was declared under control at 15:05.

In addition to the Chief, Engine, Squad, Tanker and Utility 86 responded on the assignment. Special thanks to Skippack Emergency Medical Services for their response and assistance also. All companies returned to the station by 16:44. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
