Parking Reminders

This holiday season motorists are reminded to never stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle in a fire lane or in front of a fire hydrant.

Our emergency response time may be delayed by cars parked or stopped in fire lanes or in front of a fire hydrant. Seconds count when there is a fire or medical emergency.

The Skippack Fire Company asks for your help (so that we may respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently) by not parking in fire lanes or in front of fire hydrants.

Please cooperate by respecting the fire lane requirements. It may be your family member that requires immediate assistance from emergency services.

Fire lane and hydrant violations are punishable by a citation with a penalty.
